At Flora we are committed to heart health and were delighted to see 40,000 of you taking to the streets each year for this fantastic 10k event.

This year we want to celebrate the heroic efforts of the thousands of women who participate in the Flora Womens Mini Marathon to improve their own health and also raise money for charity. We want to hear from you!
Share your story with fellow participants or nominate a friend whose story inspires you.
Simply tell us your story using the Heart Hero Entry Form and submit before the 30 April. At that stage three of the most inspirational stories will be highlighted on this page and you will have the opportunity to vote for your favourite.
On race day, Monday, 7 June one of these inspirational ladies will be crowned Flora Womens Mini Marathon Heart Hero and receive 1,000 for her chosen charity and the other two ladies will each receive 500 for their charities.
